Project FAQ
Good questions.
Clear next steps.
These answers explain how the online planner fits into a real project with Epoxy World Charlotte.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. It is a rough planning range based on the measurements and options you enter. Dale Duke confirms the final scope and price after reviewing the surface, preparation, materials, and on-site measurements.
Do I need perfect measurements to get started?
No. Approximate measurements help with planning, but you can still send a request without them. Final measurements are taken before pricing and work are confirmed.
Does submitting the form reserve a job?
No. It sends your project summary so Dale Duke can follow up. Scheduling, price, and the written scope are confirmed separately.
What happens to the photo I choose?
The photo is only shown on your device as a measuring reference. It is not uploaded or attached to your request. If a photo is needed later, Dale Duke can arrange a separate way to receive it.
Can I choose custom colors?
Yes. Use the planner to describe a color direction, then confirm available colors, materials, movement, and finish during the project conversation. Screen colors are references and may not match physical materials exactly.
How will Epoxy World Charlotte contact me?
Provide an email address, phone number, or both. Your request is delivered to the company email so Dale Duke can respond directly.
