BEFORE THE PROJECT

Clear expectations.
Before we begin.

The website helps start a conversation. Your written project agreement will contain the final scope, price, schedule, and any job-specific terms.

Quick estimates & final pricing

An online estimate is a rough, non-binding planning range—not a quote, offer, or final price. It uses the information you enter and cannot verify the actual size or condition of a surface.

Dale Duke must inspect the site and perform his own measurements before the job. Final pricing is based on the inspection, measured area, surface condition, preparation or repairs, materials, selected design, and agreed scope of work.

The final scope and price are provided separately for approval before work starts. An online estimate or submitted request does not book a job or guarantee availability.

Scope, materials & changes

The written project agreement identifies the surfaces, preparation, materials, finish, and included work. Plumbing, appliance handling, repairs, backsplash, edges, and other extras are included only when stated in that agreement.

If an inspection or later discovery changes the scope, the revised work, price, and schedule should be documented and approved before additional work proceeds. Gallery photos and screen colors are references; physical samples and the written selections govern the project.

Scheduling, access & surface care

Scheduling is confirmed directly after the scope is agreed. Preparation, material availability, site conditions, and product curing requirements may affect timing.

The written agreement or pre-project instructions explain space preparation, access, ventilation, fixture or appliance responsibilities, cure times, and care. This website does not promise a fixed return-to-use time.

Payments, cancellations & rescheduling

This website does not collect payment or reserve a job. Deposit requirements, payment stages and methods, estimate validity, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and custom-material terms are provided in writing for the specific project before a customer commits or pays.

Workmanship, product coverage & concerns

Any workmanship commitment, manufacturer coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim process must appear in the written project agreement or manufacturer materials. This website does not promise a warranty or claim that a surface is damage-proof.

For a concern about completed work, contact Dale Duke with the project details. The project agreement and applicable law govern how the concern is handled.

Privacy: contact details & project information

When you submit a project request, Epoxy World Charlotte collects the name, email address and/or phone number, project notes, planner selections, and rough estimate shown in your summary. The information is submitted over an HTTPS connection and delivered to the company email so Dale Duke can respond, plan the requested service, and maintain necessary business records. The website does not keep a separate customer database.

A photo selected in the planner stays on your device and is not uploaded or attached. Avoid entering unrelated private information. Website and hosting security logs may temporarily record technical details such as an IP address to prevent abuse and operate the service.

Project inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve concerns, and meet legal obligations. Information is not sold. It may be handled by hosting, email, and other service providers that support the business, or disclosed when required by law.

Marketing email permission is optional and separate from a project request. Social-media links take you to third-party platforms with their own privacy practices. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information, email epoxyworldcharlotte@gmail.com.
